• Dangler

  Oval. Soft, not fibrous, fairly juicy. Fair to good quality.

• Danube

  An attractive red tart cherry which can also be eaten fresh.

• Del Monte

  Heart-shaped. Very firm, juicy sweet and slightly acid.

• Della Recca

  Oblong. Moderately firm, very juicy and sweet.

• Downer's Late Red

  Sweet. Good flavour.

• Dun

  Roundish-oval. Soft, fibrous, moderately juicy, sweet. Fair quality.

• Durone Nero 1

  Heart-shaped. Firm, fibrous, sweet, not very juicy. Flavour excellent (considered one of the best in the world by connossieurs.)

• Durone Nero 2

  Roundish-heart shaped. Firm, crisp, very juicy, aromatic, very good flavour. Stone semi-free.
