Cherry varieties

  • Heart-shaped. Firm, crisp, very sweet and slightly acid, very good flavour. Stone clinging.
  • Very sweet and juicy (won't travel). Very good flavour.
  • Roundish-oblong. Firm, slightly fibrous, not very juicy, sweet, fair quality. Stone large.
  • Long heart-shaped. Very firm, juicy, sweet, good quality.
  • Heart shaped. Very soft and juicy, sweet, good flavour and quality.
