    Heart-shaped. Very firm, sweet, pleasant flavour, moderately juicy. Stone small. Grown commercially world-wide.

  • Heart-shaped. Soft, poor flavour, fairly sweet, juicy, fair to good quality. Stone medium.
  • Kidney-shaped. Firm, juicy, very good quality.
  • Firm.
  • Round-kidney shaped. Very firm, crisp, sweet, slightly acid, aromatic, juicy. Stone small, semi-free. Good for mechanical harvesting/canning.
  • Semi-firm.
  • Firm, sweet. Small stone.
