      I imagined that when I retired I would enjoy making hard cider so I planted a YM. Now I am retired and the tree produces apples, but the doctor says no alcohol. They taste terrible, cooking doesn't help, etc. Is there anything besides cider one can do with these?

      Third year allowed first fruit,large to medium size, so bland so disappointed, will give another season maybe two otherwise a grafting we will go.
