Senshu apple

This Fuji-type apple has a wonderful sweet flavor with a crisp, juicy texture. Pink stripe over green. Small to medium fruit, round to oblate.

      Purchased at a road side stand in MA, Oct 28, 2012. Firm but not overly crisp. Very good flavor, sweet without much tart. Did not brown quickly. Nice aroma.
