I put good. almost overwhelming flavor. McIntoshish type but also a distinct strange almost bitter flavor. My wife thought it seemed not ready. Interesting

This variety has a lighter, more delicate flavor. Great for crisps. A little sweet. Almost floral; has a good crispy texture, and large size.
