I know there are multiple "early Fuji"s out there, and vary widely in appearance and taste. I have Beni Shogon Fuji. A good grower and very prolific. Taste is just very simple mild sweet. Good perhaps to add sweetness to a cider blend but not too interesting for fresh eating. Other early Fujis have been rated higher in trials by Washington State University.
