This is a graft from a 100+ year old tree at the Fort Collins Water Works site (historical site). Mulched with wood chips to drip line. Chemical weed control used about once every 5 years.

    Had a great bloom, and lots of apples on the tree. However, unable to pick any. They all, almost at once, rotted on the tree. Other apples on property did not have any problem. Very disappointing.
