Owner's comments

I received some free scion wood of Reine des Reinettes (king of the pippins). I grafted these onto my rubinola mother tree, like 5 years ago. This year (2020) all three branches it has produced, are really fully loaded with apple beginnings. I have to thin them, and I already cut off those damaged by saw fly or something. I'm quite sure my rubinola mother tree will have a biennial year. Almost all grafted scion wood sticks are bearing fruits.

Some call this aromatic taste an old fashioned taste. Taste if of all times. The new supermarket/chain store carried apples are reall
