Owner's comments
I got some free ribston pippin scion wood. in 2018 I grafted Ribston pippin onto an cut-back golden delicious, but I managed to damage the graft, luckily it had a good grow spurt on my rubinola mother tree, so I took some wood of in winter to graft in spring. A few days ago this year (2020) I noticed that both grafts have been taken, I'll let them grow and chose which one to cut one day. Supp. (2022) I have not cut one of just now. The grafts were blossoming. I cut the blossoms off. The grafts did not grow enough. Choosing one over the other...it's too early for that.Season records for this tree
