Owner's comments

Tripled in size the first year. Branches had to be supported due to length and thinness. Bloomed twice, but I pinched them.

Season records for this tree

  • 2016

    Spring blossom: 1 March
    Size: 2.5m / 8.3ft high   1.0m / 3.3ft wide
A buck nearly girdled the tree before I put PVC on the base to protect what was left of the cambium. This tree survives and grows well despite neglect and abuse. Now if I could just get some fruit.
