Owner's comments

Tree was well established when property was purchased in 2006. Prior owner identified the tree as Cox's Orange Pippin, and traits of the fruit seem to be consistent with that i.d. Tree has become more productive as we have taken better care in pruning and maintaining our orchard trees.
