Owner's comments

This is one of my favorites. The tree was precocious and grows very good sweet apples: hard, crunchy and very juicy. The apples are attractive, with a solid red skin. After the first two light crops it had many more blossoms this year, but because it is known as a biennial tree I thinned it heavily. The apples ripened starting in late August and continued one week into September.
