Owner's comments

The tree is about 27 years old. I moved in this house 20 years ago and it was then about 7 years old. I normally get a biennial crop, with some years you can count the fruits on one hand. I recently had the apples identified by an expert. Not all but some of the apples taste of aniseed. This has been an exceptional year. I have picked so far 220kg and there are still a few left on the tree.
