Owner's comments
Not knowing anything about apple trees we thought it was just a crap apple tree when we moved into the house. UBC Apple experts told us it was a COP. Told us to prune it back and it would produce more fruit...we did, and it has. Looks like a bumper crop so far for 2012.Season records for this tree
