Owner's comments

06/30/2013: Decided to kill this tree using round up. Even though it grew well, it produced no fruit for the third year in a row and is a Japanese beetle magnet. 20120412: Temps below freezing had no effect on setting fruit.I noticed only two plum fruits growing but the high winds today naturally pruned the tree and snapped the branch they were on. 20120327: Hard freeze this morning will probably destroy my first crop. 20120310: Sprayed with dormant oil and bordeaux spray. 201106: planted on the east side of my house but where it will get sunshine all day. 2010: Ordered from Burgess.
