Rte 2 to Rte 12 S (N. Main St.). Stay on Rte 12 to center of town (past Post Office on right through lights). Pleasant St. is straight ahead). Continue on Pleasant (past the #6 Red Schoolhouse); approximately 1/2 mile more to the very top of the hill. (3 Miles from the center of town.)

Sholan Farms is owned by the City of Leominster and operated by the Friends of Sholan Farms. The Friends of Sholan Farms is a community supported, non-profit organization. The public is welcome to attend our monthly meetings held the third Wednesday of each month, 6 p.m., at the farm weather permitting or at City Hall, Leominster. Visit the last working apple orchard in Leominster, the birthplace of Johnny Appleseed (John Chapman). Your visit will be a memorable one! Situated on a hilltop with panoramic views of surrounding hills and even of Boston on a clear day, the farm provides cross-country skiing, walking trails, bird watching, picnic area and a variety of cultural and folk events throughout the year. In season, pick from a large variety of spectacular native apples as they ripen. Pick-Your-Own Apples and Pumpkins,: The Season runs from September through October: Days/Hours Wednesday through Sunday 10AM - 6:00PM. Opening Weekend - September 2-5. Hours 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This year Sholan Farms has a stunning crop of apples waiting to be picked.
