Owner's comments
Hudson's golden gem scion wood has been bought because my elder son hates fruit. Since I'm a fruit lover, I grafted this tree specially for him. I've got two small trees of this variety. I think he may like this apple, because it's acidity level is very low and has a pear-like taste. This year it wants to set a crop, an I will allow it to bear a few apples to have a taste. Supp. due to cold and rain this year 2021, I had to toss it's fruit, because they were not ripe and not well shaped.Season records for this tree

I don't know if the tree is attacked by a codling moth or a plum moth. I have two Hudsons growing, and only one performs good. The one performing good has few blossoms and are 100% open. nice large white blossom petals.
