Owner's comments
Fascinating tree. Produces fruit suitable for cooking/eating. Very old variety which was identified for us at East Malling Research Station. Very light cropper, but much earlier than Bramley. Lacks flavour of Bramley but good for stewing with blackberries!Season records for this tree
