Owner's comments

I did not even realize it was a plum tree until it was shown to me some weeks ago in July or August by someone who was familiar with my property. My mother had thoughts on the tree but she likely is wrong; she thought it was a sloe plum, but when I looked it up it appears to be a Mirabelle. This property used to be the site of a General Store. The tree appears to be fairly old, it is quite tall and well-developed.
