Owner's comments

Upright grower, with a wine-glass shape of the side branches; they grow outwards at a wide angle, then gradually curve upwards. Well-shaped tree, reported to do well without pruning and I would tend to agree. Attractive pale pink blossom, flowers late. Not particularly prone to pest or disease problems, other than slightly prone to mildew in my region (mildew prefers warm, humid, low-rainfall climate). Grows well, despite poor soil.
