We are restoring the orchard at the old St. Coletta's campus outside Jefferson, WI. Some trees over 100 years old, many are heirloom. We are organic in production methods, but not certified due to certification costs. Few whole fruit sales, mainly marketed as on farm non-pasteurized - cider/ or mixed fruit cider.
