Farming began here in 1791 and the entire 571 acre farm, along with 23 buildings and structures, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Now owned by The Landmark Trust USA (www.landmarktrustusa.org), the Scott Farm produces 90 varieties of ecologically grown apples along with quince, gooseberries, medlars, pears, plums, elderberries, table grapes, peaches, nectarines, and blueberries.
