Owner's comments

Hope this tree grows well. Is placed in a container with a mixture of poor soil,turf/peat, clay soil and cow manure compost. Will be fertilized when watering. Fertilizer in water is self made organic fertilizer(symphytum officinalis, urtica dioica, equtense arvense) Supplemental: until now this maiden makes nice shoots. Growing habit: slightly vigorous. Can't wait to make some apfelstrudel! This tree has never given a crop. It is much too early.

    Spring blossom: 5 May
Tree has too much branches. Had to cut down a lot and now 4 are left. The smaller the branches the harder I prune. Pruned this one back to 4 branches and cut two-thirth back from every branch. The small branches got cut back to two buds. It is blossoming very beautifully with very light pinkish blossom.
