Owner's comments

Grafted scions of Peasgood's Nonesuch onto MM111 and Antonovka rootstocks. Vigorous growth; after one season in the nursery, trees have grown from 3-inch scions to 3-foot whips. A scion grafted to Antonovka actually bloomed and set fruit. Tempted as I was to see a scion produce a gigantic Peasgood, I pinched off the apple.
