Owner's comments

This tree has been neglected for many years and grows between a parking lot and a heavily used urban bike/running trail. It bears delicious fruit every year with no summer watering and has very little insect pest damage even with no pest control. 2012 - put over 1,000 nylon footies on apples this year for codling moth control. Would reconsider that another year as the nylon seemed to introduce scab to this tree. Nice crop, beautiful apples.
