Owner's comments

The last few years have been harsh for many apple trees in my area. This variety and rootstock combination should be able to grow and fruit well in harsh conditions. Added to collection because of the variety - and especially the rootstock - ability to survive and crop well in extreme climates; excellent for deep winter freezes, hot droughty summers and the MM111 rootstock will grow in poor soils where other apples will fail to thrive. Poor-average resistance to pests. Average resistance to diseases. ** Tree removed during 2010 to create space for other projects **
