Owner's comments

I like this apple as it it keeps well into the new year (in my shed) it is reminiscent of Cox's orange pippin in taste, crisp and juicy. It is partially self-fertile and if you thin early it will produce a good number of large sized apples. It was easy to train into an espalier, I bought it as a maiden whip.
