    I placed a deer net up to protect my little espalier. It's a fan, and has grown to about half of what I want it to be. Had a pretty good blossom - maybe 10-12 clusters, on 4 main branches. I hope to develop more fruiting spurs and grow it up to the full 6-7 feet of space I have allocated.
