Bloom earlier in season than last year. Perhaps acclimating to the location. Apple size much larger than last year - a few of normal size. Flavor better too. Still not much vegetative growth: small tree Grafted Hawaii to part of the tree.

Leaf out and bloom very late - July. Minimal growth. Apples did not size up well at all, very small. Started getting pithy in late autumn heat. Ok flavor, nothing exciting. Consider top grafting other varieties.
