Infestation of aphids at the beginning of summer which was successfully treated. Exceptionally hot and dry summer led to problems with drought stress. This was remedied but this led to early fall of apples and an earlier picking than previously experienced.

Very pleased. The tree is growing nicely and producing lovely apples of a deep red colour. The apples are larger than I was expecting but the taste is exceptional. Had to treat with pesticide as aphids were attacking the young growth areas.
