Apple circulo hit this hard apparently in the early stages of the fruit. Almost all the fruit has some severely misshapen parts or "sores" that provided an entry point for disease or bugs. A lot had a dark rotting appearance at the end, but I don't think it was blossom end rot as I did liquid calcium sprays during the first half of the growing season.

First year for fruit. Got hit hard with powdery mildew due to a very wet spring, and got a bare section midway up due to leaf loss. Had to use a conventional fruit tree spray in addition to regular Neem oil treatments to control the mildew.
