Owner's comments

Grown as slender spindle, planted in 2008. Despite being well supported and firmly fixed to stake and wires, the top 18 inches of leader snapped under the weight of fruit in 2011. Tree has slender habit on M9, with slight tendency to mildew. Apples small to medium, some scab.
