Shamrock apple

Medium size fruit is very similar in appearance to Granny Smith. Flesh is creamy light green and has a coarse texture with a sprightly flavor similar to McIntosh.

      The Shamrock is the most productive and tastiest apple I have grown here on Vancouver Island - a crisp tart apple for eating, much like a Granny Smith. Also great for baking and dried (with the skin on).
